Kitchen Manufacture & Installation
Our Process
Complex in execution made simple with our specifically designed systems and processes.
We use systematic tools to proactively approach your project for a better experience.
Here are the steps we take for project success by applying design logic to construction methodology.
Step 1.
CNC Machining
With production logic and digital design, we can optimise resources and minimise waste.
-
This means we are able to:
Build costings that are a more accurate reflection of items quoted for
Lower the amount of waste that is put into landfill
Work smarter, not harder
Step 2.
Manufacture
Quality assurance is a priority.
We use information taken from the design and construction logic.
-
This lowers the risk of damage, project delays and miscommunication. These include the:
Labeling of components
Organising of components throughout the process
Clear understanding of the cabinetry construction
Pre-fitting of secondary components/hardware and appliances
Step 3.
Deliver & Install
A clear line of sight is so important in this phase, we do not want you to be without a kitchen longer than intended.
-
Developing a good understanding of how this rolls out is very important to our success!!
Scheduling/timing is a facet of the project we walk alongside you with items like:
Scheduling and confirming installation date (including coordination of sub-trades).
Carefully packaging and delivering the kitchen components to the site by our trusted team.
Our team arrives on the scheduled day and begins the installation.
Benchtop templating and installation
Final fit-off
Quality controls assessments and (if any remedial works carried out)
Handover/Completion
FAQs

CNC is an abbreviation for Computer Numerical Control. In this context, and put, we use CNC machining to cut out the components that make up your kitchen. It is the primary tool of our construction process, and more broadly, the CNC machine lowers the risk of harm to our team so that we are playing our part in creating a safer working environment.

Creating strength through partnerships!
We take pride in the fact that we have a supplier network based on reciprocal partnerships. Sourcing locally means we help keep New Zealanders employed. This also means our material and hardware components supplies are easily procured
-
We work on a 2-month lead time. However, we are agile in delivering our services, and depending on the scope of work and design complexities, we can have a kitchen ready for installation within two weeks.
-
Yes!
Our primary focus is delivering the best kitchen we can, and to achieve this, we have built a strong network of trades that we partner with to provide an end-to-end service.
-
Yes! Of course, you can.
Often clients have friends and family in trades that they can lean on to help with the project, so we work alongside them to achieve the desired result.
An aspect to really consider in taking this on is, do you have the capacity to manage the project.
